Michelle is dedicated to supporting children, adolescents, and young adults in navigating their unique challenges. With diverse experience, Michelle specializes in addressing a wide range of issues, including anxiety, ADHD, OCD, trauma, behavioral and emotional dysregulation, academic stress, self-esteem and body image, grief, and loss, parenting, and relationship difficulties. Michelle creates an inclusive space for the LGBTQ+ population that allows for exploration and healing.
Drawing from evidence-based practices such as Play Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and more, Michelle integrates these approaches to meet the specific developmental needs of every client. By creating a safe, empathetic, and engaging environment, Michelle aims to foster trust and support children and young adults in building emotional resilience, improving coping skills, and achieving their personal goals.

Michelle graduated from Alfred University with a bachelor’s degree in clinical psychology in 2018. She received a master’s degree in mental health counseling from St. John Fisher College in 2021. Michelle is a licensed mental health counselor in the State of New York. She is committed to continuous learning and development to provide the highest standard of care for young individuals and their families. Michelle is an in-network provider for Aetna, Carelon Behavioral Health, and Cigna. Her private pay rate for individual therapy is $110.00 per 55 minute session. Her private pay rate for family therapy is $120.00 per 55 minute session.
