Hannah Caruso

Hannah Caruso, MHC-P

Hannah is client centered, strength-based, integrative therapist.  She provides therapy
to individuals 18 years and older. Hannah mainly focuses on treating anxiety,
depression, personality disorders, and substance use. Hannah specializes in working
with posttraumatic stress disorder and acute stress disorder. She is trained in treating
mood disorders, attachment wounding, sleep, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and
emotional disturbances. She also provides inclusive therapeutic services to the
LGBTQ+ population.

Hannah is a trauma-informed therapist that is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization
and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. Hannah integrates techniques from Internal Family
Systems (IFS) into her work as a therapist. Hannah is also trained in Acceptance and
Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectal Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Exposure Response
Prevention Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

Hannah received a bachelor’s degree in health and human services in 2012 at
University at Buffalo. She continued her education by completing a Masters in Mental
Health Counseling in 2016 at St. John Fisher College. In 2022, Hannah obtained her
Limit Permit in Mental Health Counseling in New York State. She is currently under the
supervision of Kari Randall, LMHC, RPT-S.

Rates and Insurance

Hannah does not accept insurance. Her fee is $100.00 per 55 minute session.
